Heavenly... November 21, 2005
Walking into a See's Candy store is like walking into heaven. No matter what you like, light or dark chocolate; soft or chewy; nuts/crunchy, fruity or creamy...you can find it in See's. I lean towards the crunch and creamy so I tend to lean towards the California Brittle, Victoria Toffee and Light Chocolate Truffles...
Again...heavenly...

In short, I've had better. While tasty, it wasn't sublime perfection, and what else would we want a toffee for?

I would consider buying again, but will also continue looking for that evasive toffee of the gods.

From the first tiime I tasted them while visiting my daughter who was then living in San Francisco, I have absolutely insisted on having See's Candies--they are the best of the best! See's became an instant holiday tradition...for gifts for family, friends, co-workers. And especially, See's Candies for having to indulge in at home. This is one of my favorite items.

Prepare to Enjoy! See's Victorian Toffee is an excellent buttery candy with a great chocolate and nut coating. It comes in large chunks - so you can break off a piece just the right size for you. After you have enjoyed the main pieces, the small bits left over make a great ice cream topping!
