Excellent Alternative for Senior Citizens November 11, 2008
These dinners are nice and healthy, low sodium, low cholesterol, even low or ample on calories. I fractured my hip and was unable to walk to go shopping; did not want to bother my friends after a number of weeks and found this wonderful solution! Most of the dinners are very tasty and felt like I was following a good regimen all around.
