I drink this every morning because I really don't feel like eating in the morning, but I know it's better to put something in your stomach first thing. CIB is a great source of protein, and I add twice the amount of milk and heat it up, and it's like hot chocolate all winter long!

I bought this for my girl friend that recently went through gastric bypass and she's a pretty picky person when it comes to food and surprisingly she loves the product and drinks like 2 shakes everyday!

I use this product because my kids (boys 3 and 7) love their hot chocolate in the morning and this way I know they are getting as many nutrients as possible. I do not like to give my kids too many artificial sweeteners, nor do I like to give them too much sugar so I mix the regular stuff with this stuff, reduce the amount I add to the milk and my kids LOVE it (hot or cold). My boys are both at healthy weights and are very active (like most young boys). If you are in a hurry, or your kids are drinking chocolate milk or hot chocolate anyway, using this product can be a great way to get some additional nutrients into them. I would rate this higher

I decided about six months ago, that I needed to lose weight. Among other things in my endeavor was to sign up with a weight loss group. At one of the first meetings, we were introduced to food labels. The thing I found interesting was there was a can of Carnation Instant Breakfast there. I didn't think that would be good nutrutionally, but they said sure. So, I decided to try it. My breakfasts are not limited solely to this, but it's just one of a variety of breakfast choices.
I couldn't find the cans of no sugar added at the grocery store, so when I saw it at Amazon, I decided to order. Of course, I was disappointed to see a five week wait, but ordered anyhow. As it turns out, the five week wait turned out to be only about two weeks, so no big deal.
I always enjoyed the taste of the yellow packaged breakfast, and was worried the no sugar added may not have the taste, but it does. It really does taste good. I also add about 10 - 15 g of flax seed meal, and it makes a great breakfast. I'll continue to buy and use it.
