 Exactly what I needed August 25, 2010

I have had mine for over 10 years, used it in 6 different tubs, and it has worked in every one. I know that some tubs, if they have a non-slip texture to the finish, will probably not hold. It needs a smooth surface. This cover saved me from stuffing wash clothes in the overfolw, which I had been doing for years.

My wife loves long, hot baths in her garden tub; her previous solution to defeating the overflow was to leave the hot water on a trickle, which was great until she emptied the hot water heater. :) I saw an ad for this and bought one on a whim and gave it to her as a little surprise one evening.
The thing looks rediculous, and it seems like it might be impossible to get on. But the flexability of the thing means that it can get a great seal on just about any tub. She tried it out the next night, and came out of the bathroom with a big grin on her face. I checked it out, and sure enough - it does exactly what it says it will do.
The only nit I could pick is that there's still a hole on the side of this thing, so if you fill up your tub far enough, the water will spill over the top of the Deep Water Bath, and into the overflow drain. It seems stupid to put an overflow preventer on a device that is designed to defeat the overflow preventer, but my wife reports that she's able to get the water high enough that the hole on the Deep Water Bath isn't an issue.

This little thing is brilliant. I was worried it wouldn't fit properly on our spa bath but it did and I have to wonder how I got through life without it. It increases the water level and does everything it's supposed to, great little gadget. If you enjoy soaking in a bubble bath, you need to get this. I got a great deal from The Storage Store and didn't have to buy $25 worth of items to get free shipping.

Works as advertised. The biggest problem with this thing is actually a fault of the fact that it works -too- well - if you're not careful, you can easily flood your bathroom.
I've had these on two bathtubs in my house for about 4 months now, and they still seem as flexible and suction-able as ever.

This does a good job. Even if it doesn't fit perfectly, it will work. Even slowing down the draining helps have a deep water bath for a pretty long time. The only down side is the strong plastic odor. Hopefully it will lessen over time.
