The Tahoe stemware line from Signature Housewares is formal enough to enhance a special party or dining occasion, yet is also sturdy enough for everyday use. The elegantly shaped bowls are joined to the stem by a clear glass ball, which feels delightful to the fingers and adds visual distinction as well. The stems are thin but not overly delicate, which makes them safer than many for dishwasher-cleaning. Still, washing by hand may be a good idea. With tulip-shaped bowls, the four red wine glasses in this set each stand 10 inches tall and hold up to 21 ounces, perfect for that fine pinot noir or cabernet sauvignon. Matching Tahoe white wine glasses and martini glasses are also available in sets of four, all of which make great gifts. --Ann Bieri

Enjoyable drinking September 11, 2008
Arrived without any problems, well packaged and in perfect condition. Glasses are on the large side with a long stand. Very good for enjoying a nice bottle of wine. I bought a lot of these as I wine glasses often break. Considering they were on sale I don't care putting them out for any large or small party.
One problem to keep in mind is that they are big and tall and I have a problem placing them in my dishwasher. So for big parties it is a bit of an issue
