5 out of 5 stars Better than "Egg Mcmuffin"   September 2, 2010
K. C. Deaton (Georgia)
This is what an egg mcmuffin would taste like if only it could. Only 5 minutes from start to finish and very easy clean up. I've had it @ a week and I really like it.

5 out of 5 stars The Egg Poaching Toaster, how have I lived with out you   September 1, 2010
E. Anderson
I ordered this toaster for 2 reasons, I didn't have a toaster and my love of the breakfast sandwich. This toaster is wonderful, it easily can toast bread, English muffins and Bagels. There is an area where you can hard or soft boil 4 eggs at one time. There is also a poaching pan which you can poach an egg while toasting your bread and then a tray to place a piece of meat (pre-cooked) to warm it up. I use this thing every day! I've also given about 5 of them as gifts. I would recommend it to anyone!

4 out of 5 stars Toaster Love   August 28, 2010
Jenna M. Scott (Newport Beach, CA USA)
I'm giving it 4 stars because I had to buy the identical toaster after only 5 years with the old one and I don't think toasters should die after 5 years. But we use it everyday. We poach eggs in it at least 4 times a week and hard boil eggs about once a month or so. It's amazing! The eggs come out perfect. It makes for a tidy clean up. Hopefully, my new one will outlast the broken one by a few more years.

5 out of 5 stars Works great and easy to use   August 28, 2010
Leanne (San Diego, CA)
I've been wanting one of these for over a year, and finally ordered this one a few weeks ago. So far, it's been great! I bought it since my husband and I usually eat protein bars in our cars on the way to work, and I want us to eat whole foods and cut out the processed ones. As other reviewers mentioned, this quickly makes a breakfast sandwich, and you can set it up to cook and have a hot sandwich in the time it takes to get your morning coffee ready. It's also easy to clean and has a small counter footprint.

Some reviewers have mentioned that the unit only lasts a year or so, but, at this price, that isn't too much of a concern for us. We like this so much already that I would definitely spend the money to replace it if it does break in a year.

2 out of 5 stars Ok, but has flaws   August 24, 2010
W. Ward (ct, usa)
This does ok, but the little pan that you cook the egg on is so so cheap that the egg sticks to it every time and I had to scrub so hard to get it off I don't think there is any of the (very small amount) of non-stick coating on it anymore - very cheap little pan.
It will also only fit one egg max, no more, which I guess you can kind of tell from the picture, but if you try to put 2 in as I did, it'll overflow...1 egg really isn't much I found out.
Overall, its ok, but I wouldn't buy it again.
